Cream of Potato Soup

Cream of Potato Soup
3 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
2 T margarine
2 T flour
1 c. Potato Pearls, prepared instant potatoes or mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
dash pepper
1 c. milk
Bring water, bouillon, and margarine to a boil. Add flour, Potato Pearls, dill weed, pepper and milk. Stir with a whisk until thickened and heated through.
