Chocomallow Pancakes

I let my girls pick out one meal a week, and this is usually their go-to!

4 TBS. melted butter
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
*Mix together

1 1/4 c. flour
2 TBS. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
*Add to the first mixture and stir.
Then add as many chocolate chips and mini marshmallows your heart desires! (Or as many as your sweet tooth can handle).
I usually cook on my griddle (which I butter just a teeny tiny bit).
