Honey Chicken

1/2 Stick (1/4 Cup) Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Curry

Mix all ingredients and pour over 5 (ish) frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts. Cook in a covered dish for 1 hour at 375. We also do this in the crock pot.

Serve over rice.

  2. We love it and it's SO EASY! A great "last minute" dinner. Plus, my kids eat it without complaint!

    And yes, Tues FHEs do happen. I say, if you have FHE, it doesn't really matter what day it is. :)
