Grandma's Curry

This is perfect if you have left over roast, lamb, or ham you don't know what to do with.

1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Celery
1 Apple, thinly sliced or cubed
1 tsp curry powder
1/4-1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups chopped lamb (or meat of your preference)

1. Melt Butter over Medium heat. Add veggies and saute until tender.
2. Sprinkle Flour and Curry over veggies.
3. Add broth.
4. Stirring frequently, add meat and apples. Cook until apples are cooked to desired tenderness.
5. Serve over hot rice or potatoes.
