Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

3 Cups flour
3 eggs
2 Cups white sugar
1 Cup Veg oil
2 Cups grated zucchini
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup sour cream

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
-Beat together sugar, eggs and oil. Add the zucchini, blend and then add the sour cream and mix well.
-In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients and add to the zucchini mixture. Add Chocolate chips (I substituted white chocolate chips *YUM!* you can also use walnuts or raisins)
-Bake for 80 minutes and cool on a wire rack. (I would suggest checking in on it around 60 minutes to see if it is getting too dark. I ended up baking it for 55 minutes and then covering it with tin foil so it wouldn't burn and cooked it for another 15 minutes. They came out perfect.)
