4 C. Flour
1 1/2 C. Water
1 Packet of Yeast
1 T. Salt
2 T. Olive Oil

Mix water, yeast and olive oil in a bowl. Add flour and yeast. Knead for 15 minutes. Let the dough raise for 1 hour. Shape into 4 8-inch loaves. Let the loaves raise in the fridge for 5+ hours; be sure to cover the loaves with cellophane or a dish towel.

Pull the dough out of the fridge for 30 minutes prior to baking. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is heating, boil water in a 2-3 quart saucepan. Place the pot with the boiling water into the oven with the bread. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
