Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Combine in saucepan:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
Boil and stir for two minutes
Remove from heat and add
5 oz can Evaporated milk (a little more than 1/2 a cup)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Whisk to mix and serve.
Or if you want it cold you can refrigerate and serve later. Warm is better in my opinion :)
